Individual Adult Counselling (18+)
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be living with the effects of trauma, navigating relationship difficulties, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, experiencing grief or loss, or finding yourself at a point in life where something no longer feels quite right.
No two people arrive with the same story, which is why I don't believe in a one size fits all approach.
Together, we'll create a therapeutic space shaped around your experiences, strengths and hopes for the future. At a pace that feels right for you, we'll gently explore the patterns, relationships and experiences that have shaped your story, helping you move towards greater understanding, resilience and lasting change.
Areas Of Specialism
Trauma (complex)
Relationship difficulties, including communication, conflict, separation and rebuilding connection
Anxiety, stress and burnout
Grief, loss and significant life transitions
Attachment
Identity and relational patterns
Emotional regulation and self esteem
Mental Health difficulties

Initial Conversation (30 minutes) – £30
Taking the first step can feel daunting. An initial conversation offers a relaxed opportunity for us to meet, explore what has brought you to therapy, and consider whether working together feels like the right fit. It is also a chance for you to ask questions about the process and how I work.
Please note that this is an introductory consultation rather than a counselling session.
Individual Counselling (50 minutes) – £65 per session
A limited number of concessionary spaces are available for those experiencing financial hardship, subject to availability. If cost is a barrier, please feel welcome to get in touch to discuss your circumstances.
Sessions are available both in person and online
If you're unsure where to begin, you're warmly invited to book an initial conversation or get in touch with any questions. I'd be delighted to hear from you.

Couples Therapy
Every relationship experiences challenges. You may find yourselves caught in recurring arguments, feeling unheard, drifting apart, or struggling to reconnect after a difficult season. Perhaps life has changed, trust has been shaken, or communication simply no longer feels as easy as it once did.
Couples therapy offers a calm, supportive space to slow things down and understand what may be happening beneath the surface. Rather than focusing on who is right or wrong, we'll explore the patterns that have developed within your relationship, strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and help you move towards a healthier, more connected way of being together.
Areas of Specialism
Communication difficulties and recurring conflict
Relationship distress and emotional disconnection
Rebuilding trust following rupture or betrayal
Attachment and relational patterns
Trauma and its impact on relationships
Life transitions, parenting and changing family roles
Anxiety, stress and emotional wellbeing within relationships
Mixed neurotype relationships where appropriate

Family Systemic Practice
Family life can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. At times, families can find themselves caught in patterns of conflict, misunderstanding or disconnection, leaving everyone feeling frustrated, unheard or unsure how to move forward.
'Systemic practice' offers a space to come together, understand these patterns, and explore new ways of relating to one another. Rather than focusing on one person as the problem, we look at how relationships, communication, experiences and wider life circumstances influence family life, creating opportunities for greater understanding, stronger relationships and lasting change.
Areas of Specialism
Communication difficulties and family conflict
Strengthening family relationships
Parenting challenges
Trauma, loss and significant life events
Separation, blended families and family transitions
Mental health and emotional wellbeing
Attachment and relationship patterns
