Kin & Compass
Bespoke Therapy & Counselling
A space to pause, reflect, and find a way forward.
Life can feel overwhelming, whether you're navigating anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties, family challenges, or simply feeling stuck. You don't have to make sense of it all on your own.
Through individual, couple or family therapy, together we'll gently explore the patterns, relationships and experiences that have shaped your story, strengthen what already supports you, and discover new ways of moving forward with greater clarity, connection and hope.
“Sometimes everything has to be inscribed across the heavens so, you can find the one line already written inside you"
David Whyte

Kin Fund
at the heart of what we do
Making therapy more accessible, together.
At Kin & Compass, we believe that access to therapy and relational support should never depend on financial circumstance or social privilege.
The KIN Fund is our commitment to making that belief a reality. Through partnerships with businesses, organisations and individuals, we create opportunities for people who might not otherwise be able to access therapy or systemic support.
Every contribution helps subsidise counselling, therapy and relational support for those facing financial hardship or other barriers to accessing care.
Because wellbeing isn't a luxury. It's something we all have a part in nurturing.
Support the KIN Fund. Partner with purpose. Help make therapy accessible for those who need it most.
